BubbleBoat

BubbleBoat is a Global Game Jam 2025 submission by:

• Sam Baseman - 3d art and animation, level design, Unity wrangling
• Jacob Monger - 3d art and animation
• Coby Sher - programming, music
• Anna Spitz - programming, balance tuning

You are a BubbleBoat! Traverse through the lillypad forest and keep your bubble solution full by passing through the bubble wands while avoiding obstacles!

CONTROLS:

spacebar: move up

Left/Right arrows or A/D: move left/right

• Bubbles refuel some bubble solution
• Go through bubble wands to refuel a lot of solution
• Avoid the birds, planes, and kites! They will reduce your bubble solution :(
• Reach the end or run out of fuel for a game over!

• restart button is not showing up when passing the finish line
  • boat continues to move and fuel continues to run out after finish line
  • WORKAROUND: wait for fuel to run out to restart if you hit the finish line :)
